Professional and Relaxing. I set up an appointment, showed up, and was met by the State Farm jingle and a lovely lady named Amy. Amy connected me with PC and Taylor who rock. 45 minutes went by in what seemed like 5 as we intertwined policy needs with laughs. Overall great experience, highly recommended.
